What appointments need a consultation?
You can book a consultation for any appointment! We recommend booking a consultation for all non-laser tattoo removal and SMP appointments. All consultations are complimentary.
How long does it take SMP to heal?
Initial healing typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the individual and the area treated. Complete healing, including beneath the skin's surface, may take up to 8-12 weeks.
Do you offer numbing?
Pain management for all tattoos offered is very important. Topical numbing is available at no extra cost for any tattoo appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability and adequate preparation time. However, feel free to contact us regarding same-day availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that situations arise. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid any fees. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Can SMP cover scars or alopecia?
Yes! SMP is effective in camouflaging scars from hair transplants, injuries, or surgery, as well as providing coverage for alopecia and thinning areas.
